Annabelle Ruby Meets The Vampires Concept!

 

Alright! SO! This takes place after Annabelle's first arc! After fighting through absolute hell, defeating the cyborg monsters, defeating the other monsters, freeing the prisoners, defeating the boss at the end and killing the hell out of Silvio, memorizing some files and names of other villains she'll be dealing with, Annabelle takes a breather to heal ( And trust me, she's going to NEED it! Annabelle gets beaten to absolute hell by the end of the arc. ) Annabelle traverses the base, smashes the generator, absorbs all that power, and then traverses back to the top, looking like a bloody zombie at this point, charging her power all that time and then she releases it all at once in an absolutely astonishingly massive blast of power that obliterates the mountain, both internally and externally, and the military base area outside of it! It's a massive display and release of power, but keep in mind it took a ton of time to build up to it and a massive charge up time to build up to it.

ANYWAY!

As usual, after releasing the blast, Annabelle is absolutely wiped as usual, floating in the air and screaming as energy is released out of her until she runs out and she collapses and passes out. She falls all the way back to the ground back to the smoldering crater she created, when the smoke is suddenly blown away and Annabelle is caught by a psionic force and pulled across the crater while magic chanting is heard and the fires around them are cooled. Lilith, Ramona and Loreto are revealed. They speculate if this is 'The Cataclysm' they were meant to stop and Ramona observes Annabelle as she is lowered to the ground. After some banter between them, Annabelle wakes up into her berserk state that she gets into after her blast is released and Lilith just dodges her mindless swipes, noting the injured battered state of Annabelle's body as she does, before knocking her back out. The FIRST person to KTFO Annabelle in the series! 

Deciding she wants to satisfy her curiosity about Annabelle and just how a human can release this much power, she takes Annabelle back to The Coven with them. Annabelle is out for a good while this time before she wakes up, starving and dehydrated. Fortunately, The Vampires predicted this and have a large tray of food and jugs of ice water on a nearby table. Annabelle rapidly consumes and drinks down all of it before she sighs and releases a spray of steam out of her mouth. After recovering, she looks around her room and doesn't recognize the area at all. Spotting her freshly repaired uniform on a chair, she gets dressed again and then she turns around to see Loreto walking into the room. She bows her head and greets Annabelle, introduces herself and tells her about where she is while retrieving the dishes. After some more talking, Loreto informs Annabelle that Lilith will be in soon with the answers she's looking for and Loreto will return soon after to change the sheets. She bids Annabelle good day and she sits down to talk to whomever's in charge here since she's still getting her bearings anyway. 

Lilith soon enters the room and greets Annabelle. She explains to her about how and where they found her and that they transported her there to rest and recover. Annabelle rubs the back of her head in confusion and she questions how long she was out that they were able to drive her all the way back to wherever she is now. Lilith admits that she was out for a few days this time but they didn't need to drive her there. Lilith then opens a darkness portal and introduces herself properly: She is a Werepire who channels the powers of darkness for a variety of uses. 

Even after everything she's seen and experienced, Annabelle's mind is completely blown by this revelation.
