A delusional edgelord badass wannabe who thinks he's ex-CIA ex-Military ex-FBI with an irrational hatred of superhumans and vigilante style superheroes in particular. Due to only thinking that he's a badass however he causes more damage than he's worth and his track record is abysmal. His first attempt at taking out a super happened to be Matthew Maximilian and he just smacked him into a dumpster a few times after shrugging off his bullets. A later attempt was made on Death Ray, one of Matt's villains, during a fight with The Bruiser, and Bobby got slapped aside for his efforts.
After spending a long time recovering from this, he ran into the Nightmare Queen and...yeah that didn't end well.
He finally returned while Brutus The Animal was rampaging around the city and he was one of the first to be able to track it down and he tried to engage it with a varied arsenal of exaggeratedly large guns. Bobby was subsequently thrown through a wall.
He is currently back in the hospital.
