SUPERPOWER: ALL FOR ONE.

The ability to steal the abilities of other evolved humans through physical contact, basically reconfiguring the victims genetic code and rewriting their own. However, unlike Genetic Absorption, the effects of this ability are seemingly permanent, rendering any victim powerless as if they never had an ability. However, it is possible for the user to utilize a secondary aspect of AFO: Ability Bestowal, the ability to emit a very particular type of radiation that manipulates the genetic code to the point that it is malleable and able to be reformed. This provides the person with this ability the power to alter another person's DNA, basically granting the subject an ability that otherwise would not have been present in their own personal evolution, or sometimes activating a latent ability.
Firm physical contact and active concentration are required for these abilities to work, lasting long enough for full transferal. If contact is broken before the process is complete, then the theft or bestowal are averted. Abilities that are gained or stolen can be used immediately. 

The user of All For One can combine several Powers in order to create devastating techniques which would normally not be possible with the usage of only one.

BIO
A quiet and shy girl, Penelope has the face of an innocent who nevertheless has a noticeably piercing gaze. Her birth parents were gambling junkies who put her up as collateral after a particularly bad luck streak. When they ultimately lost, she was sold to a buyer to pay off their debts and taken away. She was locked up with other prisoners and transported with them to a ship and from there to a disguised battleship, The Axford, and locked up in a cage with the others. Eventually the prisoners were sorted into two groups: One group was taken to an island for experiments and the other group was transported elsewhere for slavery. Penelope was forced into the former group. When they stopped at the island, she was unloaded with the rest of her group and marched into the lab at gunpoint. She was locked up into the labs and subjected to twisted experiments. Fortunately, the laboratory door was broken down by the Superheroes and they quickly took care of business.

Penelope's chemical tank was drained and she awoke in the hospital where she had to spend days and weeks recovering from her ordeal, both physically and mentally. Her insides were changing and she would glow at night. It hurt. It hurt like she was on fire.  But after a week of enduring this nightmarish agony her body finally settled and the pain stopped.

The hospital performed a few tests on her with her permission and they were able to tell that her body had developed some kind of super gene but they were having difficulty detecting what her ability was exactly.

In the meantime, her parents were tracked down and arrested along with their associates.

With her parents locked up, they knew they had to find a home for Penelope and Rayven Diavolo, A Science Superheroine, decided to adopt her, reasoning that if she started having problems with possible developing powers then Rayven would be able to help her out.

In the meantime, she's helping Penelope to come out of her shell, teaching her all about science and teaching her some valuable life lessons.

Meanwhile, Penelope is attending Rivington High School For Gifted Students!
