Semblance: Cockatrice. Similar to the mystical creature, Reolin has the ability to 'petrify' anyone who looks into her eyes. Reolin claims this is actually the result of her stopping time, but in reality, she is slowing down she is slowing down the perceptions of whomever she makes eye contact with to a crawl, via slowing their synapses, briefly, allowing her to run up and land some hits before it wears off and they snap back to reality.
The downside is that she can only use this trick on one opponent at a time at current, and only the person hypnotized is affected, but everyone else is able to see her running around at normal time, and since it requires eye contact, shielding your eyes or closing them drastically reduces its effectiveness. For instance, Post-Volume 3 Cinder Fall would be able to handle it relatively well, since her other eye is burnt out and covered up.
It also does affect machines, due to being keyed to human senses, so the Atlas Robots and Penny would be immune.
Finally, tricking Reolin into looking at her own reflection could cause it to backfire against her.

Diam (Diamond Blue)

Semblance: Unbreakable. Diam's Semblance allows him to harden his skin, drastically increasing his durability and offensive capabilities.Similar to Tekkai. This makes him incredibly difficult to put down, thus, Diam is the de facto tank of the group. The drawback is that the stronger he makes himself, the slower his body moves.

WEAPON: PISTON GAUNTLETS

Vann (Vanilla Ice)

Semblance: Spatial Folding, essentially teleporting by folding space around himself. The farther the distance and the more often he uses it, the more it drains him.
