One of the first Superhuman Criminals that Clementine encounters!
A sociopathic pyromaniac of a firefighter who sets the very fires he fights. Killian doesn't understand his superpowers anymore than anybody else does but once he got a handle on his new gifts he realized the real potential of what he had. Not only could he realize his utter love for fire in a way like never before but he could use this newfound gift to play the hero.
He would set fires using his power in secret and then he would vanish into the night before arriving on the scene and calling it in to go rushing inside and save the day, immune to the flames and smoke around him, and always emerge as the hero to the jubilant applause and cheers of the people. Whether or not he got everyone out is beneath him.
