QUIRK: INSIGHT!
This Emitter type Quirk activates whenever the user makes eye contact with an opponent. Once they do, they may instantly understand the Quirk, gaining information about it while looking at them. This includes aspects such as the basic power, the range, any applications of the power the user has applied, and limitations.
For example, if applied to “Hellflame”, the user would understand it is a fire Quirk, the Super Moves Endeavor uses, and how much his body can handle his flames before he gives out to name a few. This extends to the potential of the Quirk as well, showing the user what exactly the Quirk can grow into if it is developed.
This gives the user a lot of utility and support options, understanding the Quirks of others to either help or hinder them.
They can know the Quirks of their foes, keep allies in check in the middle of battle, exploit enemy weaknesses, prevent any nasty surprises from being sprung, or just help others train their powers.
Aside from the user requiring eye contact, it can be difficult for the user to take advantage of the information they have since they have still have regular human bodies.
Any extensive information on the Quirk will require prolonged eye contacted and does not apply to any equipment or other skills the target may have.
Upon neurological contact point, ocular transference quickly absorbs and accurately retains great amounts of information, and serves as a virtually unlimited potential for information storage.
