Takes place within the Ghosts Of Our Pasts Storyline focused on Tina.
At a point in the story, the family hears about a string of disappearances in a far off town and the more they look into it the more suspicious it feels to them. Worried that it could involve The Brannons again, possibly due to a sense of paranoia, hey with their childhoods who can blame them, they start researching it more heavily before calling up a team comprised of the family members and some allies, and make a plan to investigate the town.

At a point in the story, the family hears about a string of disappearances in a far off town and the more they look into it the more suspicious it feels to them. Worried that it could involve The Brannons again, possibly due to a sense of paranoia, hey with their childhoods who can blame them, they start researching it more heavily before calling up a team comprised of the family members and some allies, and make a plan to investigate the town.
And this isn't going to be like the farm. The family is going in heavily prepared for everything this time around.
Upon arriving in the town they get accustomed to their surroundings, take notes, meet and greet, etc all while making plans for anything that could go wrong. Eventually they discover the legends about the mountains that the people disappeared into but nobody wants to go up there and the people that did ended up disappearing after.
After investigating and gathering as much information as they can, they prepare and move out into the forest. Eventually after a nice relaxing scenic tour through the forest they trigger a death trap resulting in a fallen tree covered in barb wire swinging towards them. Derrick, Tina and Yenny break it apart, saving the group. The crew is definitely under attack now. It's showtime.
Now granted, these maniacs have homefield advantage, but the Team has a lot of weapons, teamwork, training and most importantly? Yennefer. A mothereffin Lycan.
There are a lot of cannibals and traps but the team are more than able to handle them and they gradually turn the traps against them. They whittle down the maniacs and eventually find some survivors of earlier attacks and free them.
Of course, this is just the first stage. The real fun comes when The Blackburns find the hidden town the cannibals have made for themselves sequestered away deep in the forest and the Blackburns go up against a townfull of them.
Naturally this eventually leads to Derrick VS The Village Leader amongst all of the chaos. Basically a roided up mutated monster man, culminating in Derrick winning and ultimately continuing to pummel him until he's stopped.
By the time Team Blackburn is finished, the cannibals have been sufficiently dealt with, keeping the town safe and the forest free for travelers.
As far as the Blackburns know, this was the last of the Brannon Family's relatives. The rest are either dead or locked up.
