1: College Life.
Covers the easing into the adventure and introduces the cast, the main players, the supernatural, the investigation into the disappearance of the Howlands, the Nature Hike and ends at the Karaoke Bar Fight.
2: Circus For A Psycho.
Covers the fallout of the Nature Hike and Karaoke Bar Fight, the recovery and Ramona's resumed stalking of Derrick in between interacting with the group. This continues up until The Carnival arrives in town on Halloween and turns into a complete nightmare and a struggle for survival when The Carnival turns out to be every horror movie circus/carnival/killer clown story mixed into one. During this battle for survival, Derrick and Tina come face to face with the surviving Brannon Sisters: Macey and Becky Brannon in a fight to the finish. After which Ramona reveals her true colors and goals through all of this. Up against the wall and with no other immediate way to stop her, Tina is forced to make a deal.
3: Smoke And Mirrors.
Covers the fallout of the Carnival. The cast lick their wounds and recuperate from the adventure. Derrick meanwhile has been infected with Ramona's Vampire Blood and he's now basically under her thumb while Tina is trapped under an unbreakable vow and has to figure out a way around to warn the others about what happened. Once she figures out a way to warn the others; Tina, Dolores and Yenny take Derrick to a Church to work on breaking him out of Ramona's control while Nicole goes after Ramona for Round 2 in a trippy Battle In The Mind. This goes South but thankfully she distracts her long enough for the others to save Derrick. Unfortunately, this also means that Ramona's deal with Tina is gone too and she's not happy about this. Come Nightfall, she's going to go on the warpath, so Nicole and Yenny prepare themselves. When the time is right, they spring their trap and teleport Ramona and themselves into a Church where Ramona will rapidly weaken and suffer, giving them a much needed advantage. It's a bloody, brutal, super violent fight that trashes the Church, but in the end, Ramona is the one who is forced to retreat, giving them some breathing room.
4: Sanctuary.
Following the destructive church battle, Team Blackburn recuperates and come up with a plan. Derrick, Tina, Nicole and Yenny split some coins and go to a place called Sanctuary, a chain of hotels located all around the world that function as a neutral territory for members of a certain Elite with a very special set of rules. Yeah, it's basically The Continental.
Granted, going to Sanctuary was basically a Godzilla Threshold, but it gives them much needed time to rest in relative safety so long as they follow the rules and can pay.
Team Blackburn rests and recovers while they come up with a plan.
Come Nightfall, Ramona arrives at The Sanctuary and the crew has a civil conversation. At least as civil as they can within the rules.
After a lengthy and interesting conversation, Derrick makes a bet with her.
Give them 13 Days to prepare and then on the Fourteenth Day, Ramona can select a neutral battlefield and they'll throw down there at night. Someplace neutral for both parties, far away from innocent people.
Winner kills all.
In exchange, Ramona doesn't kill anyone until their fight concludes. 13 Days. No killing. Then she can have her war with them. One way or another, it'll finish after that.
On their side, they'll keep this between them. No one else will get involved. Team Blackburn VS Ramona Morganstern. A battle for the ages.
Using Ramona's own sadomasochistic needs against her, they get her to agree to the deal.
But. Ramona warns them that if they break this deal, the streets will run red.
One week. Eight Days and Seven Nights to prepare. It's time for a crash course in Magic and Monster Hunting.
The team puts their all into it. Training in the mental plan, lessons on vampire fighting, gathering weapons, casting spells, marking themselves with protective symbols, making potions, anything they can do to give themselves an edge they do it.
5: Love Is War.
Team Blackburn VS Ramona Morganstern. Both sides spend an extensive amount of time prepping for everything they can and preparing for the battle as much as possible before meeting in an empty area. A rural field near The Heaven Reaching Mountains.
Ramona might have more experience and power than any one of them, but they're together while she's alone. They're strong, they're prepared, they're ready, they've planned for this, they've taken everything they could into account, they have their weapons and gear and runes and potions!
The power of teamwork, love and friendship and magic courses through their united team!
They've got everything they need! They're geared up and ready! They can win! They can do this!
ONE FOR ALL AND ALL FOR ONE! A UNITED FRONT OF HEROES AND FRIENDS COMING TOGETHER TO BANISH EVIL!
LET'S DO THIS!
Yeah.....no.
Not this time.
Not in this story.
The heroes put up a valiant effort in a gallant struggle, fighting tooth and nail with everything they've got!
It still isn't enough.
Not against her.
Ramona wins.
Despite giving everything they had, Ramona wins.
The majority of the team is killed in the fight, Nicole seemingly dies, Tina, Owain and Yennefer are incapacitated.
Ramona leaves them to burn in the fire and takes Derrick and Dolores.
6: Death & Rebirth.
The time is now.
Derrick is turned.
Dolores is being set up as a sacrificial offering for when Derrick awakens.
Tina is rushed to the hospital and taken into care. Owain and Yennefer are the only ones left. Beaten down and demoralized, the pair nevertheless know they have to continue fighting the question is...how?
They have one day to figure it out. If they aren't dead, then Derrick is likely going to rise again as a vampire by tomorrow night and be used to kill Dolores.
They prepare the best they can with the resources they have and prepare to battle the vampire while Ramona emotionally toys with Dolores.
The Brannon Sisters work on freeing themselves.
Back at the mountains, Nicole's fingers curl into a fist and Violet begins to hear someone calling to her from a far off place...
Night falls and Ramona takes Dolores outside and chains her up.
Derrick awakens and digs his way out of the grave, now resurrected as a Ghoulish Fledgling Vampire desperately thirsting for blood.
Ramona calls to him and cuts open a blood bag, spilling its contents all over Dolores.
The Ghoul wanders out of the woods drawn by its Sire and the scent of blood and zeroes in Dolores.
The Sisters break free and run through the mansion.
At Ramona's urgings, he begins to approach her, drooling and salivating over the scent of blood, desperate for its first bite.
However when it comes time to finally sink his fangs into her, he stops cold. Despite Ramona's urgings, some little part of Derrick is still inside of The Ghoul fighting for them. Dolores urges Derrick to keep fighting her and after an argument between them, Derrick grabs Dolores and draws the excess blood covering her away and absorbs it directly. It isn't much but it helps clear his head.
Derrick snaps the chain and attacks Ramona. Only to be easily swatted aside through the door. Where he happens to run into The Brannon Sisters.
Dolores tries to stop Ramona but only succeeds in temporarily binding her before she breaks and blasts Dolores away. The Sisters quickly figure out what's going on and make a plan. Macey runs outside to try and slow Ramona down while Becky opens Derrick's mouth and forces his teeth against her throat.
Macey is swatted aside while Derrick feeds on Becky, regaining his strength and sense of self. He transforms from The Ghoul back to Derrick the Vampire.
Derrick Blackburn has been reborn. He speeds out of the Mansion, grabs Macey and stops in front of Dolores who's regaining her bearings.
The lovers embrace, elated to see each other again despite the circumstances.
At the hospital, Tina's eyes open.
Yennefer and Owain arrive at Whitehawk Mansion to find Derrick is indeed a Vampire now. But he's still fighting to retain his sense of self. The Sisters awkwardly greet the new arrivals as Becky tries to recover from the blood drain.
Ramona just has to applaud them really. They just won't stay dead! Team Blackburn has officially earned her respect as true warriors.
After some back and forth, she tells Derrick it's time to leave with her. You know the drill.
Derrick however is far more pissed off at Ramona than he's ever been and lets her know with a blitz punch towards her face. She blocks it but compliments him before punching him to the ground. He heals but it still hurts like hell.
So now he's got Super Powers, and he's strong and powerful for a Fledgling, but he's still getting used to them and they're up against a supercharged Adult Class Vampire.
Nevertheless, the Heroes (And The Brannons) aren't about to give up without a fight.
Another bloody brutal battle ensues and...heck with it, you know what?
I'm going to throw in a Full Moon. Just to spice things up.
Because why the hell not at this point? It's my story! If I want there to be a Full Moon so I can have Full Werewolf Mode Yennefer VS Ramona, I'm going to have a Full Moon in there dammit! 😎
MY STORY! MY RULES!
So Yeah.
A Pissed Off Fledgling Vampire, A Pseudo-Mage Brick, Two Regenerators and a Full Werewolf VS Ramona Morganstern. Let The Battle Begin.
Heck, I might even have Derrick awaken his Demon early just from sheer rage at Ramona. There's going to be some falling out from that down the line but for now it's rage mode!
Suffice to say, Whitehawk Mansion is getting destroyed.
During the middle of the fight, Tina even returns to the fight to back them up some more.
This won't be an easy fight or a pretty one or a squeaky clean one.
It's going to be violent and bloody and brutal on all sides.
During the battle, Becky is killed, leaving her sister as the last of their family.
By the conclusion of the battle, Derrick and Dolores were maimed, Owain was buried in the burning wreckage of the Mansion, Tina is unconscious and Yennefer and Ramona are both heavily wounded. Ramona laughs at all of this and prepares to unleash the full power of the demon to finish them all off and simply take Derrick with her.
As Ramona is about to unleash her full power, Violet and Carmella arrive to fend her off.
Wounded by their attacks, not in any shape to Violet and unwilling to harm her Princess, Ramona leaves for now.
Carmella retrieves Owain from the wreckage and hands him off to Violet. They treat the wounded as best they can.
Derrick is taken by Carmella back to The Coven and lowered into a blood pool to save him and so he can regenerate. She brings Macey with her as well to ask her some questions.
Dolores is taken to the hospital with Owain while Yennefer and Tina are taken by Violet for treatment.
Each of the remaining heroes go through their recovery phases until it ends when Derrick awakens.
Dolores will require some more explanation but she is eventually going to become a Cyborg.
Yenny and Nicole recover with Violet. A large tray of meat is left by Yenny's bedside for when she awakens. Once she finds that she rapidly consumes it revitalize herself. While Nicole continues her treatments.
Tina is treated alongside them.
Owain simply rests in the hospital.
The Sequel Story will continue their stories of recovery and revenge.
