The Ancient Queen Of The Sharqadol's, the Monsters of the Series, and hands down the most powerful of her species.
After they were banished to the Necromantic Fields by the World Saints, they were forced to scrap and struggle to survive as they fought to stave off starvation and despair with many of them being forced into stone-hibernation to survive.
But The Queen never gave up. She's spent centuries hence their banishment struggling to find a way to escape the dead world they were banished to and now she has finally found a way out.
Using all of her remaining power she has managed to weaken the intrauniversal barriers to create a gateway onto Earth in another realm.
The effort it took to do so has left her in a weakened petrified state as she rests, communing with her people through the mouth of her vizer.
So for now she waits until she is strong enough to free herself and step through the barrier onto Earth.
As current, they can only send one of their kind through at a time to cause destruction and chaos to cause anguish in the human world to absorb to grow stronger, providing sustenance for themselves and their own people, allowing them to slowly regain their strength through the series.
And more importantly, for their Queen to regain her strength to lead them once more.
