Alright so I just wanted to get a rough outline of these going.
For the first chunk of the story Ramona is mostly content to stick to the shadows, outside of being called away to assist with exterminating the Tsuchigumo Coven, up until the Carnage Carnival where she makes a pact with Tina and heals Derrick with her vampiric blood. This not only heals Derrick's wounds from the fight with the Brannon Sisters but also gives her a solid psionic link with Derrick which uses to manipulate him both when he's awake and asleep.
When Tina figures out a way to warn the others about her, Nicole takes it upon herself to track down the vampiress while Yenefer, Tina and Lily work to free Derrick.
Nicole's attempt to locate Ramona leads to a duel in the astral plane, with their bodies linked to the damage they take therein. Despite managing to deal extensive damage to her, Nicole is forced to retreat to heal her own wounds before she dies from them.
Nicole survives but she's left exhausted for the rest of the day.
Tina, Yen and Lily manage to cure Derrick through a combination of dragging him into a church, making him drink holy water and Lily and Yen's magic breaking the link. This has the added effect of dealing more damage to Ramona too.
Sensing what's happened, Ramona breaks the pact, freeing both her and Tina of it since it was useless at that point anyway.
Ramona feeds to heal her wounds and recover her strength. Then to get back at them, Ramona uses a curse and occult magic that causes several of Derrick's friends to become horribly sick, sending them to the hospital.
Before they leave the Church though, Lily makes a mark on the door according to instructions Nicole previously gave her. Mid-way back to the University they get the call about what's happened and drive to the hospital.
Lily and Yen do the best they can to help the doctors as they fight to save his friends.
Night falls and Ramona prepares herself for the fight and then arrives at the hospital. She feeds on a doctor, hides his body and replaces him while also doing some additional shifting of her organs . She walks through the hospital intending to seek out Derrick and his allies to eliminate them and get back to what she was doing before with Derrick. Derrick meanwhile has been filled in on what he missed while he was in his daze the previous two days and he extensively apologizes for his actions.
There's a bit of a cat and mouse game between them before Yenfer manages to sniff out Ramona. This leads to an altercation between them on the stairwell before Nicole suddenly returns and sucker punches Ramona. She then grabs them and teleports them to a more private area: The Underground Parking Garage. There is a brutal two on one fight between them down there until they manage to stun her, grab her and warp to the church using the magic sigil Lily painted on it earlier. They throw Ramona inside and a whole new fight begins.
While Ramona was incredibly powerful and confident before, fighting in a Church is not an optimal arena for her. It starts actively weakening her, she gets headaches, her speech is slurring, she even eventually starts steaming. Nicole might still be in a weakened state but this seriously evens the odds and tilts them in their favor.
Ramona is forced to fight more strategically here. She can't beat them both in here so she has to be smart. It is the holy nature of the Church that's weakening her, so the best tactical decision in this situation would be to desecrate the Church, in other words, deal enough damage to it that it loses its holy nature and she can fight properly. Yen and Nicole knows this too however so they have to be protective of the Church and watch how much damage they're dealing to their chosen arena.
The fight is still rather bloody and brutal regardless though, even if it's mostly about how much collateral damage Ramona can dish out to the Church and how much they can stop. Keeping in mind her earlier preparations, Ramona even pulls out silver blades to attack Yen, evening the odds yet again!
Ultimately though the fight concludes with Nicole using magic to slam her against a giant cross while lifting up a Church Pew, turn into a giant wooden stake, and fling it right at Ramona's chest Piercing through both it and the cross and the wall behind it! Nicole collapses from exhaustion as she and Yen celebrate staking the vampire. Yen checks on Nicole and does what she can for her injuries and then she sets her down and walks over to the vampire to either finish her off or watch her dust.
Unfortunately, Ramona had shifted her heart out of the way after her fight with Nicole, so the stake missed it. Again, showing both sides being strategic and tactical of their fights. Ramona used this chance to paint a bloody pentagram from the blood pooling beneath her body and whispering an incantation into it. It's enough to get a good fire going and Ramona pulls the stake out of her chest and throws it through a statue. She then escapes out of the window while Yen is snuffing out the fires. Yen then pursues her outside as Ramona is getting the hell away from the Church grounds.
Yen and Ramona continue their duel outside, leading to a bloody knock down drag out fight in the parking lot until Ramona is finally able to get off of the Church grounds and she slips into the Umbra.
The vampiress has escaped for now but she and Nicole managed to save everyone for the time being. Yen takes Nicole back to the hospital and then decides to stay with the others for now in case of another attack.
Ramona meanwhile eventually leaves the Umbra and collapses in a forest as she focuses her energy on healing her gaping chest wound. As exhausted as she is, Ramona nevertheless has to give them props. They not only had a clever trap set up but they ruined her plans and forced her to retreat.
Ramona professes her respect for them and acknowledges that she'll have to take this seriously.
Once the worst of her wounds are healed up enough, she gets up to go get some blood to recharge herself and then she returns to the mansion to sleep and come up with a plan of attack.
